Storage

Uploads are stored on our media storage and streamed from there. The Media page shows how much of your plan's storage you have used. Uploads that would exceed the limit are refused before the transfer starts.

Supported formats

MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI and WebM files that contain a video stream. MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio gives the fastest start and the most reliable playback. Each file can be up to 5 GB; your plan's storage limit applies to the total. Audio-only files and images are rejected at upload.

Deleting a file

A file that is selected as the input of a channel cannot be deleted; the message tells you which channels use it. Change or delete those channels first. Files count against your plan's storage until they are deleted.
