What your plan controls, and how to change it.

Upgrading

To upgrade your plan, go to the Plans section from the main menu. Select the plan that fits your needs and click Upgrade. You can pay via credit card or other supported payment methods. Your new limits will be available immediately after payment.

Concurrent streams

The concurrent stream limit depends on your subscription plan. Free plans typically allow 1 stream, while premium plans offer unlimited concurrent streams. Check your current plan in the Dashboard or Plans section.

Stream duration

Some plans have a maximum duration per stream; the channel card shows "Plan limit" and the remaining time while live, and the stream stops automatically when it is reached. Plans without a limit can run 24/7. Concurrent stream limits also apply: you cannot start more channels at the same time than your plan allows.

Where to buy

On the website you subscribe with a card through our checkout and can manage or cancel the subscription from Plans. In the iOS and Android apps, subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play and are managed there ("Manage subscription" in the app). Both unlock the same plan features on your account.

When a subscription ends

Your account moves back to the Free plan: free-plan limits apply to new streams, the Rexstream watermark returns, and channels above the concurrent limit cannot be started until you upgrade again. Your channels, media and settings are kept.
