Mobile app overview
The Rexstream app does everything the web panel does, and adds two things the browser cannot: going live from the phone camera, and sharing your phone screen.
What you can do
Everything in the panel, from your phone:
- Create and edit channels
- Go live from the phone camera, front or back
- Share your phone screen
- Start and stop media-file and RTMP channels
- Manage destinations and upload media
- Change watermark and title settings
- Schedule streams
- Invite team members and turn on two-factor authentication
- Manage your plan and open support tickets
Dashboard status is synced live with the web panel — start a stream on your phone and the panel shows it immediately, and the other way round.
Changing the language
The app is available in English, Spanish and French. It follows your phone's language automatically when that language is one of the three.
To choose a different one, open Settings → Language and pick from the list. The choice is remembered and applies to the app only — the web panel is English.
The language you pick does not change the text that comes from our servers, such as support ticket categories and plan names.
